2 Content Guidelines

Respectful discussion of community challenges
Professional tone and clear communication

❌ We Prohibit

Political attacks or partisan content
Conspiracy theories or unverifiable claims
Hate speech, discrimination, or personal attacks
Calls for violence or illegal activities
Commercial spam or self-promotion
Off-topic content unrelated to civic issues

3 AI Moderation Process

To maintain quality and ensure all content aligns with our mission, we use a two-stage AI moderation system:

Professional Rewriting

Our AI assistant helps rewrite your submission to be clear, professional, and constructive while preserving your message. Available in 5 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, and Arabic.

Content Review

Once you approve the rewritten version, our AI reviews it against platform guidelines. If issues are found, you'll see specific reasons and can revise or request manual review.

Note: All non-English submissions are automatically translated to English for our global audience while preserving the original language version.

4 Pricing & Credits

Free Tier

• 1 free submission per user (lifetime)
• Includes AI rewriting & moderation
• Includes 1 AI research report for pains

Paid Submissions

• Minimum top-up: $25
• Minimum balance: $5 per submission
• Pain submission: ~$0.93
• Poll submission: ~$0.085

Pricing includes a 30% markup on AI costs to support platform operations and development.

5 Warnings & Ban System

We use a progressive enforcement system for users who repeatedly violate guidelines:

1st Offense: Warning

Educational message about guidelines

2nd Offense: 7-Day Ban

Temporary suspension from submissions

3rd Offense: 7-Day Ban

Final warning before permanent action

4th Offense: Permanent Ban

IP and account permanently blocked

What Triggers Enforcement?

Submitting content that violates guidelines after being warned
Attempting to bypass AI moderation with the same problematic content
Clicking "Submit Anyway" after content is blocked
Creating multiple accounts to evade bans

6 Transparency Commitment

We believe in complete transparency about our moderation process:

Specific Blocking Reasons: We show exactly what text was problematic and why it violates our guidelines
Appeal Process: You can always request manual review if you believe the AI made an error
No Hidden Censorship: All blocking is based on clearly stated guidelines, not hidden agendas
Public Research: All AI-generated research is public and can be verified by the community

7 Manual Review Process

If you disagree with the AI's decision, you can request manual review. This is recommended for:

Legitimate political issues that need civic attention
Complex topics the AI might misunderstand
Cultural or regional context the AI missed
Satire or humor that was misinterpreted

Response Time: Manual reviews are typically completed within 24-48 hours. You'll receive an email notification with the decision.
